A MFA thesis where I worked closely with the author for conceptual and line editing. We went through multiple rounds of edits to ensure cohesion, readability, and proper grammar.

Though I’m not a designer, I led the creative direction for multiple projects within SDI Clarity, which included eLearnings, stories, character designs, videos, voiceovers, and layouts.

I also spearheaded a training initiative to improve relations between national and international employees, focused primarily on in-person training and eLearning. This included gathering cultural information relevant to the various groups and building interpersonal understanding for greater team unity.
